How EYEIN handles data.
This page describes what the contact form collects and how the EYEIN platform handles the data recorded for the protection of its end users.
The contact form
The form asks for your first name, last name, work email, organization, an optional phone number and your message. The information is used only to answer your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message field.
Who is responsible

How the platform handles data
End users choose to subscribe, as a community member or through a traveller subscription. Each end user authorizes their data to be recorded only on EYEIN, for their own protection.
Recorded data is viewed by the monitoring center protecting the end users. Only a few accredited people have access. EYEIN staff can access data for maintenance only.
Data is kept for 2 years unless the client requires otherwise. Defaults are customizable per client, and access can be fully closed to EYEIN staff when the client acquires the API, for example a police or army client.
Data is stored on Amazon cloud infrastructure.
The website provider
This website runs on Wix. Form submissions are processed through Wix Forms as this website's processor.
